  • Review of Tier 1, Tier 2, and As-Built documentation on behalf of the Fire Department.

  • Review NFPA 241 Plans to ensure construction project safety throughout the entire project timeline for the public, project teams, and first responders. 

  • Work with project design teams to ensure compliance from the initial discussions to the issuance of the final Certificate of Occupancy.

INSPECTIONS

  • Perform both preliminary and final inspections in conjunction with the local AHJ.

  • Witness testing of all fire alarm, fire protection, and life safety systems.

  • Review signage, street numbering, and other means that are necessary for successful fire department operations.
